Typically....
April is mixed, some very hot days and some cool, maybe a log fire at night
May begins to get drier and warmer (we open the pool)
June: a lovely month and the fields turn mauve as the lavender blooms
July is consistently hot (pick the cherries and apricots please)
August is usually in the high twenties, very occasional storms
September still warm (look out for grape harvesting)
October: breakfast on the patio most days (we close the pool mid-month)
